In accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, New Fashion Peru provides you with our Virtual Complaints Book to register any complaint or claim regarding our jewelry products or services.
Instructions for submitting your claim:
To ensure your request is handled with the punctuality and responsibility that characterizes us, please follow these steps:
Download the form: Click on the button below called "Complaints Book" to get the PDF file of the "NFP Complaints Book".
Complete the information: Fill in all the requested fields with your personal data, the details of the item purchased (gold or silver jewelry) and the description of your claim.
Save with your changes: When finished, click the download button in your browser and choose the "With your changes" option . This is essential so we receive your information and not a blank document.
File name: Once saved, change the file name to: Complaint_NFP_[YourName / CompanyName].pdf.
Send by email: Send the attached document to our official email: ventas@newfashionperu.com .
Email subject: Please add this to the subject line: "Complaint - [Your Full Name / Your Company Name]" .
